In addition the spring start-up and winterization services, our irrigation maintenance program includes two check-and-adjusts throughout the heat of the season.

• A full system inspection – our licensed technicians will thoroughly inspect your irrigation system to identify any issues or damage incurred during the winter months. We’ll check for leaks, clogs, and any other potential problems that can affect your system’s performance.

• Program adjustment –  We’ll ensure that your irrigation system is programmed correctly to provide the right amount of water to your lawn. This helps prevent overwatering or underwatering, promoting healthier plant growth and water conservation.

• Sprinkler head maintenance – We'll let you know if your sprinkler heads need to be replaced. With your approval, we’ll bill you separately for this work. Properly functioning sprinkler heads are essential for efficient irrigation.

• System testing – We’ll perform a thorough system test to make sure every zone is functioning correctly. This includes checking for proper water pressure, coverage, and addressing any dry spots or overwatered areas.

As winter approaches in Oregon, it’s essential to prepare your irrigation system for the freezing temperatures to prevent costly damage. Our winterization service is designed to safeguard your investment. Here’s what we’ll do:

• Valve and controller inspection – We'll inspect all valves and controllers to ensure they are functioning correctly. If repairs are needed, we'll let you know and provide an estimate.

• System shutdown – We will turn off the controller and shut down the main water supply.

Our irrigation programs begin at $400 annually. This is subject to the size and terrain of your property.
